Letybo and Daxxify are both botulinum toxin type A, and in the US both are approved for the frown lines between the eyebrows.
They sit at opposite ends of the price range. Daxxify launched as the premium option, sold on lasting longer. Letybo arrived as a lower-cost entrant. Neither position tells you how the result will look.
Their doses are far apart on paper — 20 units for Letybo, 40 for Daxxify — and that difference means nothing about strength. Each brand measures units on its own scale, and neither converts into the other.

Daxxify is the only one of the main brands with no human blood protein in it.
Its trials measured the result at fixed dates rather than reporting a duration.
Half the people treated still had none-or-mild frown lines at that point. This figure is not on Daxxify's label — the label gives no duration.
This is the reason most people compare these two, so it deserves a straight answer.
Daxxify has a published duration figure and Letybo does not. In Daxxify's trials, half the people treated still had frown lines rated none or mild at about 24 weeks. Letybo's trials were designed differently and did not report a comparable number.
That is a gap in what was measured, not proof of a gap in how long each one lasts. No trial has given one group Letybo and another group Daxxify and then followed them both. Without that, "Daxxify lasts longer than Letybo" is an assumption, not a finding.
It is also worth noting that Daxxify's premium price did not survive contact with the market. It was cut within roughly a year of launch, and the company was later sold. That tells you nothing about how long the product lasts in any one person — nobody has published real-world data on that. What it tells you is that the market was not willing to pay a premium for the duration claim.
Letybo uses 20 units. Daxxify uses 40. It is very easy to read that as Daxxify being twice as strong, or as Letybo being half the treatment.
Neither is true. A "unit" is defined separately by each manufacturer using its own laboratory method, and every one of these labels carries a sentence saying its units cannot be converted into any other product's. The number on the vial is not a measure of dose you can carry between brands.
The practical consequence: if a clinic quotes you a price per unit, you cannot compare it to another clinic's per-unit price for a different brand. Ask what the whole treatment costs.
Go to an emergency department or call 911. Do not wait for a call back. These are rare, but they are the symptoms named in the FDA boxed warning that every botulinum toxin product carries, deaths have been reported, and they can begin hours or even weeks after treatment.
If a vision change is sudden or severe, seek urgent care rather than waiting.
