Letybo and Jeuveau are the two closest products in this category. Both are botulinum toxin type A. Both are approved in the US for frown lines and nothing else. Both use 20 units. Both arrived competing on price.
The one meaningful difference is the evidence behind them. Jeuveau was tested head to head against Botox in a large trial. Letybo's trials compared it against a placebo. Both approaches are enough for FDA approval — but only one of these products has been measured against an established competitor.
For the result on your face, expect them to be very similar. Nobody has compared them directly, and there is no reason from what has been published to expect a visible difference.

Jeuveau's main trial gave one group Jeuveau, one group Botox at the same dose, and one group a placebo. Both real products worked far better than the placebo, and Jeuveau performed comparably to Botox.
One caveat that gets dropped constantly: that trial was built to show Jeuveau was not worse than Botox, not that it was better. Jeuveau's figure came out slightly higher. That is not a win, and the study was not designed to detect one.
Letybo's three trials each compared it against a placebo, which is the more common route to approval. It cleared that bar in all three.
Letybo's own results show why cross-trial comparisons are unreliable.
The same product, at the same dose, produced success rates from 47% to 65% across its three trials. The drug did not change, and the trials used an identical design and an identical way of scoring success. What differed was who took part, where, and how big each trial was.
Keep that range in mind whenever you see two brands' numbers pulled from separate studies and set side by side in a chart. A gap of a few points between studies means almost nothing when the same drug can swing eighteen points across its own.
That is a different situation from Jeuveau's head-to-head trial, where both products were tested in the same study at the same time. That comparison is real — it simply was not designed to crown a winner.
Go to an emergency department or call 911. Do not wait for a call back. These are rare, but they are the symptoms named in the FDA boxed warning that every botulinum toxin product carries, deaths have been reported, and they can begin hours or even weeks after treatment.
If a vision change is sudden or severe, seek urgent care rather than waiting.
