"Minimally invasive" describes the size of the opening: It does not describe the recovery, which is weeks of swelling and compression for both.

What the brand names do not tell you

Both are national chains with their own trademarked words: TriSculpt, AirSculpt and the rest are marketing names for laser-assisted liposuction, a technique that has been in use for years.
