A single active at 10% zinc oxide is as basic as mineral sunscreen chemistry gets. Everything premium about this product lives in the vehicle — the dispersion of the zinc particles, the silicone and squalane blend carrying them, and the particle coating that stops them from clumping.
That work is real and it is genuinely difficult. It is also cosmetic. A dermatologist assessing UV protection would see 10% zinc oxide and nothing more.
